FEATURES / OVERVIEW

From departure to monthly report, one app does it all.

7.0 redesigns every screen around “readings first, done in two steps.” Here are the key features.

01 / Depart · Return

Pick a vehicle, confirm, and go.

  • Vehicle and driver are pre-filled; the starting odometer is filled in from that vehicle’s last ending reading.
  • You’re warned before dispatching a vehicle that’s already out.
  • Trip distance is calculated automatically on return; if the ending odometer is missing or less than the starting one, the error appears next to the field.
  • Turn on “Record this trip’s route” to record location only while that trip is in progress.
  • Log fuel, tolls and parking with each trip.

02 / Today dashboard

The numbers you care about, front and center.

  • Mix and match 28 metrics: trips, mileage, fuel economy, costs, due dates, utilization and more.
  • Each card can set its own period, vehicles (all, one or several) and comparison period (previous period, same period last year).
  • Add, remove, drag to reorder and resize (S/M/L/XL), and restore the defaults at any time.
  • 5 templates: Manager, Driver, Maintenance, Host, Compact.
  • Cards are arranged in 1, 2, 4 or 6 columns based on the available width; settings are stored in iCloud and included in backups.

03 / Vehicle Status Center

One vehicle, one page.

  • Overview, due dates, maintenance items, recent trips, open work orders and the latest inspections, all on one page.
  • The fleet list shows each vehicle’s status: in use, days idle, or returned today.
  • Depart, return or export a single-vehicle report right from here; cost readings are visible only to managers.

04 / Reminder Center

See it before it’s due.

  • Inspections, compulsory insurance, optional insurance, driver’s licenses and maintenance due dates, all in one list.
  • Overdue returns, pending approvals and fuel economy anomalies are flagged too.
  • Items are marked Overdue, Due Soon or Reminder based on days remaining, and every label includes text.
  • Snooze until tomorrow, in 3 days or next Monday; items disappear automatically once the underlying data is resolved, so nothing is falsely marked as done.

06 / Multi-user sync

No server to set up. Your office is the host.

  • Solo use: sync between your devices through your own iCloud.
  • Teams: an iPad or Mac in the office acts as the host and syncs over the local network with TLS encryption.
  • Both sides compare a security code when pairing; admins, drivers and viewers each have their own permissions.
  • Sync protocol v3 in 7.0 registers a device key at pairing and verifies reconnections with a signature, so a token alone isn’t enough to impersonate a device.
  • 7.0 and 6.0 devices can sync together, automatically using the features both sides support.

07 / APPLE WATCH

An operations gauge on your wrist.

  • Today: today’s trips and key readings.
  • To Do: items that need your attention.
  • A timer for the trip in progress; depart and return quickly.
  • Dark, large readings, with text that scales with Dynamic Type.
08 / Widgets

Readings on your Home Screen.

  • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets with configurable metrics.
  • Metrics use the same calculations as the dashboard.
  • Quick Depart in Control Center.
  • A Return button in Live Activities.
  • Follows Light, Dark and Automatic appearance.
09 / Search · Timeline

Find anything. Schedule without conflicts.

  • Global search, with saved views for the filters you use most.
  • Dispatch timeline on iPad and Mac: spot schedule conflicts at a glance.
  • Drag a standby vehicle onto the timeline to create a departure.
10 / Onboarding · Help

Easy to find your way, even on day one.

  • Onboarding: choose Solo, Host or Client mode and add your first vehicle.
  • Sample Mode: try the app with isolated sample data that’s completely cleared afterward, without touching your data.
  • The What’s New in 7.0 tour appears only once, and you can view it again in the Help Center.
  • Help Center: every feature has a short, searchable explanation.
