Thank you for using FleetDispatch. By using this service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of license

The FleetDispatch app is available for download through the Apple App Store and TestFlight. Upon download and installation, YucDu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it.

2. Service content

This service includes the released version (v4.0) and the beta version (v4.1). The beta version may contain unfinished features or existing defects, and users are advised to test it outside of production environments.

3. Data responsibility

Users are responsible for backing up their own important data. YucDu is not liable for data loss caused by device damage, user error or third-party factors.

4. Disclaimer

This service is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranty as to fitness for any particular purpose, reliability or accuracy.

5. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised as features are updated; the latest version announced on this website shall prevail.
