PLATFORMS

Every device does what it does best.

A single app supports iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, plus widgets. Layouts adapt to the available width and display fully everywhere from Split View to ultrawide displays.

01 / IPHONE

The driver’s main tool, built for one hand.

Home
A customizable Today dashboard
Tabs
Today, Operations, ⊕ Quick Actions, Fleet, More
Quick Actions
Depart or return directly, or open maintenance, inspections, work orders and reminders
Trip in progress
While a vehicle is out, the trip timer and a Return button appear above the tab bar (iOS 26.1 and later)
Search
Global search, with saved views for the filters you use most
02 / IPAD

Dispatch on the big screen, or act as the host.

Layout
Wide screens show a sidebar; narrower widths such as Split View switch to a tab bar automatically
Dispatch timeline
The timeline flags schedule conflicts; drag a standby vehicle onto it to depart
Dashboard
Arranged in 4 or 6 columns based on the available width
Multi-user sync
Can act as the local network host
03 / MAC

A professional console for the office.

Layout
A single sidebar layout; trip records can switch between list and table
Controls
Menu commands and keyboard shortcuts
Reports
Dashboard, reports and export, backups and data import
Windows
Rearranges at any window size, with support for ultrawide displays
04 / APPLE WATCH

Not a shrunken iPhone.

  • Today and To Do
  • A timer for the trip in progress
  • Quick departures and returns
  • Dark, large readings, with one main action per screen
  • Data syncs when you open the Watch app
05 / Widgets

Readings on your Home Screen.

  • Home Screen and Lock Screen, with configurable metrics
  • Metrics use the same calculations as the dashboard
  • Quick Depart in Control Center
  • A Return button in Live Activities
  • Widgets on Apple Watch, too
06 / CARPLAY

CarPlay: Supported (Apple-approved Driving Task category)

Starting with 7.0, FleetDispatch supports CarPlay: see the active trip, dispatch quickly from your usual vehicles, check to-dos, and hand frequent places to Maps for navigation. For safety, there’s no typing in the car; enter the ending odometer on iPhone after you park.

Design principles
  • Uses only Apple’s CarPlay system templates
  • Every action takes two steps at most, with no text entry
  • No charts or long text

The fastest way to learn is to try it.
